Dr. Shadi worked in the emergency department, in addition to the neonatal and pediatric intensive care department, in addition to the outpatient departments, which has given him extensive experience in dealing with all cases in pediatrics and early childhood care.

Dr. Shadi Al Tarsha is a Pediatric specialist at Royal Medical Center, one-day surgery. He obtained a bachelor's degree in medicine 1997 from Damascus University in Syria. then he received a postgraduate degree in pediatrics one year, after which he received an Arab board certificate in pediatrics in 2003.
Dr. Shadi spent his professional career as a Pediatric specialist in several hospitals in Syria until late 2003. Then he moved to work in Saudi Arabia as a Pediatric specialist until 2009. After this, he moved to the United Arab Emirates and worked as a Pediatric specialist in major hospitals and several medical centers in Abu Dhabi
His extensive experience has helped him deal with all pediatric diseases from simple to complex from newborn to old age.
He is also characterized by the ability to work organized, collaborate with the rest of the medical team, and be familiar with the latest technology, studies and research in medicine and patient care to provide the best possible health care for his patients.
